Personal data on this site

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising. It only remembers, in your browser and for the visit, that the loading screen was already shown (technical storage, no personal data). Fonts and icons are hosted on the site: no request is made to third parties.

Like any host, Netlify keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page, date) to run and secure the site.

“Become a tester” form

DataFirst name, Google account email and, if you provide them, phone model and region. The page language is added automatically.
PurposeInviting you to the BirdyGo closed test on Google Play and writing to you about it. Nothing else: no newsletter, no resale.
Legal basisYour consent, given by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.
RecipientsThe publisher only. Answers are stored by Netlify (USA) as a processor. Your address is also added to the tester list in the Google Play Console for the invitation.
RetentionUntil the end of the closed test, then deleted.

You have the right to access, correct, erase and object: write to contact@birdygo.app. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).

BirdyGo is an independent version of BirdNET Live. It is not an official BirdNET app and is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the BirdNET team, the Cornell Lab of Ornithology or Chemnitz University of Technology.
